Marinate:
Sauce: combine below and adjust according to your taste. I like mine a little bit more sour.

- 1 lb Pork Slices (you can use pork chop, I was too too lazy)
- 1 Lemon (I used a whole lemon)
- 2 Garlic Cloves
Marinate:
- 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1 Teaspoon cooking wine
- Dash White Pepper
- Little Sesame Oil
Sauce: combine below and adjust according to your taste. I like mine a little bit more sour.
- Squeezed 1/2 lemon juice (more if you like sour)
- 1 Tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 1/3 cup of water
- 3 Tablespoon sugar
- Lemon Zest (only the yellow part, white parts are bitter)
- 1 Teaspoon cornflour for thickening
Instructions:
- Combine marinate items with pork and let it marinate for 45 minutes or more
- Heat up oil over medium heat. Put garlic cook til fragrant, and add pork stir fry til slightly golden brown
- Add sauce ingredients til sauce thickening (taste to see if you need to add more sugar or lemon juice)
- Garnish with lemon zest
