Still catching up on my 2013 reviews! We went to San Francisco shopping right before Christmas day. As usual, everywhere was packed and filled with Christmas atmosphere.

We ended up eating dinner at Ajisen Ramen inside San Francisco Centre. Its not the best ramen in SF, but not bad if you want a quick dinner.

Grilled Hokkaido Scallop Ramen - broth was a little bland to me, noodle was more like straight spehetti noodle. I wish it was a little more curlier like other ramen noodles. The grilled scallop had a great smokey flavor, wish there is more than 2 pieces :P

ABC Ajisen Best Combo Ramen - combination meat ramen. Broth was more flavorful than the Scallop ramen, not a fan of their ramen noodle. The pork was tender and flavorful.

For a quick ramen fix, Ajisen will do its job. But for a truly savor ramen, you will need to explore beyond.
