More Chicago pig out! Santouka Ramen is one of the must eat place every time my friends go to Chicago.

Santouka is located inside Mitsuwa Market Place's (food court) in Arlington Heights, IL. We were here on a Saturday afternoon. Be warned, this place is really crowded on weekends.

We separated into actions, couple of us looking for table, and others went to line up for food. There was no table, me and my friends actually had to stand next to a "near finish" table and wait ... I know its kind of ignorant, but no choice.

Below was the waiting line to order Santouka Ramen!



Below was what bf and I had:

We ordered combos, which comes with 1 side + an egg. You can certainly order just the ramen. There are 3 sizes of the noodle (S, M & L).

Miso Ramen (S) + Salmon Roe Bowl + Egg: the soup base was very rich, creamy, excellent flavor! Noodle was perfect  al dente! I love the salmon roe rice ! Just add a little soy sauce, then I am in heaven! The small was quite small but good for a girl.

Spicy Miso Ramen (M) + Negi Rice Bowl + Egg

I forgot the exact price, but roughly $12.00 each combo. It is definitely one of the best ramen in Chicago. Its not expensive for a meal, but a little pricey Ramen.
